Blayne Johnson, age 74 of Hartley, IA passed away at Avera Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Hartley, with burial at Pleasant View Cemetery near Hartley.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 5th from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening, with a Family Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., at the Hartley Funeral Home, which is in charge of the arrangements for 74 year-old Blayne Johnson of Hartley.
