Cathy Wagenaar, 56, of Sioux Center, IA., died Thursday, November 12, 2015, at Sioux Center Health.
A visitation will be held on Saturday from 4-8PM, with the family present from 4-6PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2:00PM at the Central Reformed Church of Sioux Center with Rev. R. Van Rathbun officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service in Memory Gardens Cemetery of Sioux Center.
