Derrick Rensink, 24, of Primghar, IA, formerly of Sioux Center, IA, died unexpectedly Friday, May 24, 2013 at Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital in Primghar.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday at New Life Reformed Church of Sioux Center from 4-8PM, with the family present from 5-7PM.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:30PM at New Life Reformed Church of Sioux Center with Rev. Randy Widbin officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service in Memory Gardens Cemetery of Sioux Center.
In lieu of flowers or gift items, the Rensink family prefers memorials in memory of Derrick to the South O’Brien Elementary School, c/o the Rensink family.
