Gerrit “Ted” J. Rensink, age 97, of Sheldon, Iowa passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 at Sanford Sheldon Senior Care in Sheldon, Iowa.
His service will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Ashton Bible Church in Ashton, Iowa with Pastor Dan Kunnari officiating. Burial will be in the Gilman Township Cemetery in Ashton, Iowa with a Military Graveside Service by the Sheldon American Legion McGlothlen-Cowie Post #145 of Sheldon, IA at 9:45 A.M. Friday, October 2, 2015.
Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon.
