Mr. Heath Jeltema, age 44, of Orange City, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at his home, after a courageous battle with cancer.
A visitation with the family present will be held on Friday, May 16, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, at the Sioux Golf and Country Club in Alton. Interment will be at 4:30pm, at the West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City, followed by a time of food and memories at the Sioux Golf and Country Club.
Memorials will be given to the family for the creation of a foundation in Heath’s name.
