Herbert “Herb” Arthur Reekers age 87, of Sheldon, Iowa passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Sanford Sheldon Senior Care in Sheldon.
His service will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Sheldon, Iowa with Fr. Siby Punnoose officiating. Burial will be in the St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Sheldon, Iowa.
Visitation with the family present will be Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm; a Christian Wake Service will be at 7:00 pm and a parish rosary to be prayed at 7:30 pm all at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Sheldon.
Arrangements are under the care of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon, Iowa.
