Jackie “Jack” Hurd age 85 of Sheldon, IA, formerly of Sibley, IA died Monday, February 12, 2018 at Sanford Sheldon Senior Care in Sheldon, IA.
Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 16th at the First Reformed Church in Sibley, with Reverend Luke Schouten officiating.
Burial will follow the lunch at the Ransom Township Cemetery rural Rushmore, MN, with military honors by George E. Mudge American Legion Post No. 324 and William F. Allard VFW Post No. 7373.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 15th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Sibley.
