John Van Middendorp, age 90 of Rock Rapids, passed away, June 1st, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 4th, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the family present 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Christian Reformed Church of Rock Rapids.
Family and friends may gather at Hillside Cemetery in Doon at 9:30 a.m., Friday, June 5th, prior to the memorial service, with Pastor Al Richardson officiating.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 5th, at the Christian Reformed Church of Rock Rapids, with Rev. Dr. Cliff Hoekstra officiating.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Van Middendorp family for later designation.
The Jurrens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
