John W. Doorenbos, age 85 of Boyden, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Sanford Sheldon Medical Center in Sheldon, Iowa.
His Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Boyden First Reformed Church in Boyden, Iowa with Rev. David Poppen officiating.
Burial with a graveside service at 10:15 am on Saturday, January 28, 2017 will be in the Sheridan Township Cemetery in Boyden, Iowa
Visitation will be Friday, January 27, 2017 with the family present from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Boyden, Iowa.
In Lieu of flowers Memorials may be directed to the Boyden Area Fire Department
