Joyce Marie Richter, age 79 of Hartley, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Spencer Municipal Hospital in Spencer, Iowa.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hartley Funeral Home Chapel in Hartley. Visitation will also be held at the Hartley Funeral Home on Saturday, March 4th, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The family will be present at that time.
Burial will take place at a later date at Pleasant View Cemetery near Hartley.
The Hartley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for 79 year-old Joyce Richter of Hartley, Iowa.
