Kathy S. Perkins age 67 of Ellsworth, MN passed away unexpectedly due to a fall at her home in Ellsworth.
Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the Zion Presbyterian Church in Ellsworth, MN.
Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Friday, August 9, 2024 also at the Zion Presbyterian Church in Ellsworth.
Jurrens Funeral Home of Rock Rapids is in charge of services.
