Kenneth Payne, age 92, of Alta, Iowa died Thursday, May 4, 2023 in Lakeland, Florida.
Funeral services will take place Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. Burial will follow in the East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon, Iowa.
