Madeline “Maddie” Sanson, age 17, of Orange City, daughter of Larry and Aftin Sanson and Polly and Rick Schau, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at the Orange City Area Health System.
There will be a celebration of her life on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 3:00pm, at the Trinity Reformed Church in Orange City. The Rev. Dr. Brian Keepers and the Rev. Ben Vos will officiate. Interment will be prior to the service at the West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City. There will be a family prayer service on Thursday at 1:30pm, at the church. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, at the church. The Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family would prefer memorial contributions that will be used to establish a nursing scholarship in honor of Maddie.
