After 83 years Jesus saw that our dear mother was growing tired and decided that it was time to take her home to be with her husband and heavenly family. She was a caring loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always put her family first. We will miss you so much and all the words of wisdom and lessons that you taught us. Beautiful memories of you will live forever in our hearts.

Mom was born at home in Round Lake MN to Herman and Marie Posorske.  She attended Round Lake public school and graduated in 1949. After school mom worked at an office supply store for a short time, and then at the A & W Root Beer stand; where she met the love of her life.

Mary Ann was united in marriage to Arthur Wildeman on September 2, 1951 at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Worthington. After their marriage the couple farmed in Ransom Township. Later, after she had raised her children she worked for Sather’s candy company for 12 years.

Mom and Dad enjoyed many things together such as bowling, square dancing, roller skating, fishing trips to Canada, gardening, and canning. For 20 years they had a second home in Texas where they met many new friends who they considered their second family. This is where they acquired their favorite board game, joker, which has been passed on to us kids and grandkids. Mom was also very active in her childrens’ lives bringing them to school and church activities.

Mom was also a member of the Bigelow Auxiliary and the PTA.  She was a very dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her husband, children and family. She was a former member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and currently a member of the Solid Rock Assembly Church in Worthington

Mary Ann is survived by her children, Jim (Rhonda) Wildeman, Olive Branch, MS; Jerry (Janet)  Wildeman, Sibley, IA; Debbie Kunkel, Little Canada; Lori (Doug) Nau, Worthington; Greg (Patti) Wildeman, Lake Park, IA; Paula (Denny) Engesser, Worthington and Scott Wildeman, Bigelow; 18 grandchildren, Marc, Brandon, Cody, Chris, Craig, Bradley, Tracy, Tim, Jenny, Kimberly, Kirsten, John, Eric, Jessica, Jimmy, Jason, Michael and  Britney; 14 great grandchildren;  and one sister, Myrna Bisch, Pipestone.
She was preceded in death by husband, Arthur, on November 26, 2012, her parents, one brother and two sisters.
