Michelle “Shelly” Palmer, age 53, of Madison, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Madison Regional Health System.
Memorial mass will be 10:30 AM on Monday, September 13th at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Madison with Father Anthony Urban as the Celebrant.
