Mr. Nelvin “Nick” Miedema, age 82, of Sheldon, formerly of Hospers, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at the Orange City Area Health System.
A visitation with the family present will be held on Thursday, December 5, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, at the First Christian Reformed Church in Hospers. A prayer service will take place on Friday, December 6, at 10:00am, at the church, followed by interment at the Hospers Cemetery near Hospers. There will be a memorial service on Friday, at 11:00am, at the church with the Rev. Nate Kuperus officiating. The Oolman Funeral Home in Hospers is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials will be given to The Gospel Mission in Sioux City.
