Randy Mammenga of Rock Rapids Iowa, died Monday at the VA Hospital in Sioux Falls.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, 1 PM at Peace Lutheran Church, Rock Rapids. Chapel Hill Funeral Home of Sioux Falls is assisting the family.
