Richard Tatman, age 98, passed away at his home in Wahpeton, Iowa on Monday, October 16th.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at United Methodist Church in Spirit Lake. Burial will be at Milford Cemetery. Visitation for Richard will be on Tuesday, October 31st from 4:00-6:00 PM at Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Milford.
