Robert E. Wulf, age 79 of Larchwood, IA died Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, SD.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 17, 2022, at the Peace Lutheran Church in Rock Rapids, with Reverend Alex Sloter officiating.
A private burial with immediate family will take place following the service and other extended family and friends are invited to the Wulf residence, where a meal will be served. Military honors will be presented by the Flessner American Legion Post No. 561 of Larchwood.
Visitation will be Friday, September 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family present at the Peace Lutheran Church in Rock Rapids.
In lieu of flowers family prefers memorials be directed to LEMS (Larchwood EMS), Sheldon Hospice Home Health of Sheldon, IA or Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, SD.

Robert Emil Wulf was born on November 20, 1942, in Stevens County, MN, the son of Emil Henry and Elizabeth (Moser) Wulf. He grew up in Larchwood and later graduated from West Lyon North High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served from 1964 to 1966.
On May 6, 1967, he was united in marriage to Linda Lou Hinckley in Armour, South Dakota. To this union six children were born, Kelly, Kathy, Jason, Denise, Renee, and Heather.
Following their marriage, they lived several places throughout their life such as, Sioux Falls, SD from 1967 to 1968, Mitchell, SD from 1968 to 1972, and Larchwood from 1972 until the present.
Robert was a member of the English Lutheran Church in Larchwood. Robert enjoyed raising cattle, planting crops, fishing, running a Dozer, and especially loved being with his family.
Those left to cherish Robert’s memory are his wife of fifty-five years, Linda Wulf of Larchwood, IA; six children, Kelly (Bart) Wittnebel of Nassau, MN Kathy (Michael) Wulf-Tays of Sartell, MN Jason (Christine) Wulf of Crown Point, IN Denise (Alessandro) Molteni of Houston, TX Renee (Andy) Miller of Iowa City, IA and Heather Wulf (Patrick Morris) of Washington DC ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; nine siblings, Helen Sharp, Leo (Wanda) Wulf, Kenneth Wulf, Donald (Cathy) Wulf, Ronald Wulf, Betty (Mike) McDonnell, Clifford (Carol) Wulf, Ray (Tina) Wulf, and Lloyd (Juanita) Wulf; sister-in-law, Jo Wulf; nieces, nephews and other extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Liz Wulf; brother, Floyd Wulf; brother-in-law, William Sharp; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Wulf and Jan Wulf; nephew, Wade Wulf; and step-grandchild, Jamie Walenta.
