Roger Dean Petersen, 91, of Indiana, PA, formerly of Ashton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at St. Andrew’s Village, Indiana, PA.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Saturday, January 8, at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held Sunday, January 9, at 1:30 PM EST (12:30 PM CST) at the United Presbyterian Church, 137 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA with Rev. Timothy R. Monroe officiating.
Donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Roger Petersen.
