Rylan Harvey Palmer, age 3 of Sibley, IA died on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the Sanford Rock Rapids Hospital in Rock Rapids, IA.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sibley.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Sibley.
