Sandi Rabe, age 44, of Primghar, Iowa passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital in Primghar, Iowa.
Memorial Services will be Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheldon, Iowa. Rev. Craig Nissen officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 4, from 1:00 to 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Andringa Funeral Home Sheldon Funeral Service in Sheldon.

Sandi Jean Rabe was born on September 14, 1969 in Hartley, Iowa. She is the daughter of Richard and Eleanor (Blom) Behrens. Sandi lived her youth in Primghar, Iowa where she attended school.
She was united in marriage to Steven Michael Rabe of Primghar on October 31, 2004 in Sanborn, Iowa. They lived in Primghar and were very devoted to each other.
Sandi worked at Village Northwest Unlimited in Sheldon, Iowa for the past 20 years in a waiver home at 1520 Pine Street in Sheldon and participated in many educational classes through NCC.
She was a baptized member of the American Reformed Church in Primghar, Iowa.
Sandi enjoyed social networking and traveling to visit her children and grandchildren. She loved her family dearly. Her home was her castle and Halloween was her favorite day of the year and extended it throughout the year. She enjoyed her cats and babied them. She will be remembered as a practical joker.
She passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Baum Harmom Mercy Hospital in Primghar.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband: Steven Michael Rabe of Primghar, IA; two daughters: Danielle Rabe of Poplar Bluff, MO, Amanda Rabe and her son Orion Dillon of Harlan, IA; one son: Trenton and wife Samantha Rabe and their children, Jackson and Bailey of Harlan, IA; her mother: Eleanor Behrens of Sheldon, IA; one sister: Sue and husband Jeff Smith of Piedmont, SD; two brothers: Anthony “Tony” Behrens of Sheldon, IA, James “Jim” and wife Tammy Behrens of Sheldon, IA; nieces: Paige Johnson, Samantha Behrens, Jessica Behrens; nephews: Zac Smith, Hunter Smith, Brandon Behrens.
She was preceded in death by her father: Richard F. Behrens; her grandson: Jackson Rabe.
