William “Bill” Plantage, 98, of Sheldon, formerly of Sioux Center and Rock Valley, passed away Monday, February 17th, at Cobble Creek Assisted Living in Sheldon. A visitation will be held Saturday, February 22nd, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Carmel Reformed Church of rural Rock Valley. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Carmel Reformed Church with Pastor Ron Boersema and Pastor Steve Van Wyhe officiating. Following the service, a luncheon will be held at the church and will conclude with burial and military rites at the Carmel Reformed Church Cemetery.
