5-Way Tie For First After First Round Of TPC Deere Run Invite

Silvis, Illinois — Dordt’s Ryan Feauto and Northwestern’s Brock Murphy and Ezra Meyer are among the leaders after the first round of the TPC Deere Run Invitational played today at the TPC Deere Run Golf Course in Silvis, Ill.

Indiana Kokomo is in first with a 301, Northwestern is tied with Missouri Valley for third place out of 16 teams with a first round score of 307. They are just four strokes in back of second place (Faulkner) and six strokes off pace of the leader, IU – Kokomo, with a 301. Dordt is just nine shots out of seventh place in a very congested team standing.

Feauto, Murphy, and Meyer are currently part of a 5 way tie for first place individually with a 1-over 72. Dustin Widman shot an 83 and is tied for 58th. 91 golfers make up the field.
