Sioux City, Iowa – A men’s soccer player from Northwestern College has been named a Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Player-of-the-Week as announced by the GPAC Tuesday, Oct. 15th.
Rick Lammerts of Northwestern College is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men’s Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Lammerts, a sophomore from Gemert, Netherlands, notched a pair of clean sheets on the week, collecting 10 saves in a 2-0 slate. In a win over Briar Cliff he turned the Chargers away seven times.
