The Iowa Print Sports Writers’ Association announced its all-state girls’ basketball teams for the 2023-2024 season Tuesday.
Of the local student-athletes that were listed, Desta Hoogendoorn from Central Lyon was named to the Class 2A First Team and Bailey Boeve from Hinton was named to the Class 2A Third Team. In Class 1A Whitney Jensen of Remsen-St. Mary’s was named to the Class 1A First Team.
