Des Moines Iowa — The IATC has released their 2018 Track and Field Coaches of the year selections. Three area coaches were among the At Large Coaches of the Year.
In Class 2A boys Kyle Zankowski of Sheldon was honored. The State Coach of the Year is Davis Eidahl of Pekin. In 2A girls At Large honors went to Mark Kauk of Unity Christian. The girls 2A State Coach of the year is Chris Tyler of Mid-Prairie.
In Class 1A boys Dan Snyder of Central Lyon was honored as an At Large Coach of the Year. The State Coach of the year is James Cairney of Council Bluffs St Albert.
