Both Coaches Preview Saturday’s Fiesta Bowl

Iowa State coach Matt Campbell and Oregon’s Mario Cristobal held a joint news conference, one day before they collide in the 50th Fiesta Bowl.

The 10th ranked Cyclones close a magical season with their first January bowl game.

Campbell says the Cyclones will need to solve an improving Oregon defense.

Campbell was asked about nerves as kickoff approaches.

It is Oregon’s first Fiesta Bowl appearance since 2013.

Cristobal says Iowa State’s defense will be a challenge.

Cristobal says the Ducks are thrilled with the chance to play with family members in attendance.
