De Jong, Kiel Earn All GPAC Conference Honors

Two Red Raiders, Kassidy De Jong and Renee Maneman, were named to the 10-player first team, and Anna Kiel was named to the second team.

Now a three-time all-conference selection, De Jong averages 17 points per game, second best in the conference, and has scored in double figures in 27 games this season. The junior ranks second in the league in rebounding (7.8), ninth in field goal percentage (46%) and 10th in free throw percentage (77%). De Jong has climbed up to 11th all-time in career scoring (1,560pts) and 17th in rebounding (645).

Maneman earns first team accolades after being named second team as a junior and honorable mention after her sophomore season. Maneman leads the NAIA in assists for the second consecutive year with 250 while scoring 10.7 points per game, the highest total of her four-year career. The senior also leads the team with 49 steals and has six double-doubles this season to go with 16 games with 10+ points. Maneman holds the school record for assists in a season and for a career, eclipsing the old mark earlier this year.

Kiel has made a significant impact since joining the team after completing her volleyball season in early December. The sophomore forward averages 12.8 points and 5.7 rebounds per game while shooting a team-best 61% from the field. An honorable mention all-conference selection as a freshman, Kiel has scored in double figures in 14 games with a pair of double-doubles in her 21 games played.
