(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Volleyball players-of-the-week for contests played October 19-25, 2020. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2020-2021 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.
Defender – Hannah Connelly, Dordt University (Defensive Specialist)
Hannah Connelly of Dordt University is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Defender-of-the-Week. Connelly, a senior, from McCook Lake, South Dakota, averaged 4.91 digs per set, in wins against Briar Cliff, Mount Marty, and College of Saint Mary. She had 29 digs in a five-set win over the Flames. She also added four ace serves on the week.
