Former Iowa standout Adrian Clayborn is getting ready for his 10th season in the NFL by working out in his basement gym.
Clayborn signed a free agent contract with the Cleveland Browns after spending four the last five seasons with the Atlanta Falcons. Clayborn made his comments during an interview on clevelandbrowns.com.
Clayborn says a lot of work is done on-line.
Clayborn joins a Browns team that entered last season with lofty expectations but finished with a 6-10 record.
