Northwest Iowa — Week eight of the high school football season finds the Sheldon Orabs at home to Pocahontas Area. The Orabs are 1-4 in the district and 3-4 on the season while Pocahontas is looking to break an 0-7 streak.
Despite looking for their first win Orab Head Coach Tyler Lloyd agrees the Indians are a dangerous team.

Boyden Hull Rock Valley with an unblemished district record can claim a playoff spot with a win over visiting Sioux Center. The Nighthawks are 6-0 with a 6-1 season record. The Warriors are 3-2 in the district and 4-3 on the year. Both teams are coming off road wins. The Nighthawks won at MOC Floyd Valley and Sioux Center left Sheldon with a win last Friday.
Nighthawks Head Coach Cory Brandt is impressed with the Warriors on both sides of the ball.
