Orange City, Iowa — Emily Hulshof (Ireton, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue her golf career at Northwestern College this fall.
A four-sport standout athlete for West Sioux High School, Hulshof competed four years for the Falcons golf team. Hulshof qualified for state two years (senior and sophomore), placing 15th at the 2A state meet this past spring. She was a two-time all-conference selection in golf and also received all-conference recognition in volleyball, basketball and softball. Hulshof had a scoring average of 96 this past season.
“I chose Northwestern because of its beautiful campus and the people I met with on my visit made me feel welcome,” stated Hulshof.
A member of the National Honor Society and honor roll, Hulshof plans to study Exercise Science at Northwestern. She is the daughter of Lyle and Stephanie.
