Iowa City, Iowa — Luka Garza’s number 55 is officially in the rafters at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The two-time All American had his jersey retired at halftime of Iowa’s 86-60 win over Michigan State. Garza was the National Player of the Year last season.
Garza was happy the fans were back to be part of it.
Garza says it was a different feeling to watch a game.
