Iowa State started fast in a 30-9 win over Northern Iowa.
The Cyclones led the game 23-0 at halftime.
That’s ISU coach Matt Campbell. Redshirt freshman Rocco Becht took the majority of snaps at quarterback. He was 10 of 13 for 113 yards and two touchdowns.
Campbell felt the Cyclones got sloppy in the second half.
