After leading Grand View to the NAIA national title Joe Woodley was introduced as the new football coach at Drake. Woodley was the head coach at Grand View for six years and never lost a regular season game and says he was ready for a new challenge.
Woodley replaces Todd Stepsis, who left to become the new coach at UNI after leading the Bulldogs to back-to-back Pioneer Football League titles.
Woodley’s new job does not even require his family to move. The Drake and Grand View campuses are separated by less than four miles.
