Pick is a multi-sports standout who has played four years for the Le Mars Community High School softball team heading into her final season this summer. Pick earned second team all-conference honors for the second straight year after hitting .275 with one home run and five stolen bases. She helped lead the Bulldogs to a 30-1 overall record, the Lakes Conference championship and a #1 rating for a part of the season. An academic all-state selection, Pick plans to major in math education at Northwestern. She is the daughter of Todd and Kim.

“We are excited to have Emily join us at Northwestern College next fall,” commented head coach Chris Nachtigall. “She is a good athlete and knows the game well. Emily is a quality person and will be a great addition to our program and our campus community.”
