Miller To Join NWC Women’s Basketball Coaching Staff

Orange City, Iowa — New Northwestern College womens basketball coach Kristin Rotert has announced that Macy Miller will be joining her coaching staff as an assistant coach.

Miller is the SDSU and Summit League career scoring leader, was named to the Summit League All-Decade Team, and was the Summit League player of the year in 2018 and 2019.

After her career the Jackrabbits, Miller was the second Jackrabbit women’s basketball player to be selected in the WNBA draft as a third round pick by the Seattle Storm in 2019, and later played professionally for a season in Spain for Baxi Ferrol. She started all 21 games, averaging 11.7 points per game and dishing a team-best 3.6 assists per game.

She was most recently a graduate assistant coach for the Jacks.
