No. 5 Iowa Crushes Nebraska

Iowa City, Iowa — Jordan Bohannon hit eight of Iowa’s 16 three pointers as the fifth ranked Hawkeyes crushed Nebraska 102-64.

Bohannon finished with a game high 26 points.

Iowa coach Fran McCaffery. Bohannon hit four straight from distance in the first half as the Hawkeyes built a 22 point lead at the break.

The win was Iowa’s sixth in the last seven games and Bohannon credits improved defense.

The Hawkeyes host Wisconsin on Sunday and it will be Bohannon’s final game in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Iowa is now 13-6 in the Big Ten.
