KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jamestown (N.D.) claims the No. 1 rank in the first 2020-21 NAIA Women’s Volleyball Coaches’ Top 25 Poll. This is the first time that the Jimmies have been ranked at No. 1.
8th ranked Northwestern completed the fall portion of its schedule with a 15-3 record, going 13-3 in conference play. They finished second to the University of Jamestown in the GPAC standings and will be the No.2 seed in the conference postseason tournament, scheduled to begin on April 3 with the quarterfinals.
Dordt is ranked 14th and 12-5 overall. The Defenders finished the GPAC season with an 11-5 mark. Dordt will continue their season with one non-conference matchup in March prior to the GPAC Tournament in April
Other GPAC teams in the rankings are Concordia at #10, Midland is ranked 20th and Dakota Wesleyan received votes.
