Track Events – Kenzie Keune, Northwestern College
Kenzie Keune of the Northwestern is this week’s track athlete-of-the-week. Keune, a junior from Sioux Rapids, Iowa, recorded a pair of top two finishes at the Buena Vista Invite held last weekend in Storm Lake, Iowa. Keune won the 100m hurdles and set a meet record time of 15.1, currently the fastest time in the GPAC and tied for 15th best in the NAIA. She also placed second in the 200m with the third fastest time in the GPAC.
