Ames, Iowa — The IATC Indoor State Track Meet was held on Thursday.
Sheldon Orab Junior Maddie Olson won the Class 2A High Jump with a height of 5′-7″. Second place was 5′-2″.
Olson is coming off a 2021 State Outdoor High Jump championship as a sophomore and the outdoor season begins for the Orabs April 5th in Orange City.
Sheldon Orab Claire Johnson also competed at the Indoor State Track meet in the Long Jump. Johnson finished 6th place with a jump of 14-11.00. Johnson was half an inch behind 5th place, and first place had a jump of 17-3.00
