Mitchell, South Dakota — Central Lyon/George Little Rock’s Taylor Putnam has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career with Dakota Wesleyan.
As a senior for CL/GLR, Putnam rushed for 228 yards and 5 scores, and had 28 receptions for 361 yards and 2 scores. Defensively, he had 23 total tackles, 19 of them solo, and one sack. On special teams Putnam returned 10 kicks for 181 yards.
As a junior, Putnam helped the Lions to a Class 2A State runner-up finish. He had 191 yards rushing and 1 score, and 287 yard receiving along with 1 score.
