Sioux Center Iowa — The Warriors defended the home course as they out shot MOC Floyd Valley 155-156 in Siouxland Conference boy’s golf Thursday. Sheldon was third at 166 with Okoboji at 166 and Sibley Ocheyedan at 168 to round out the top five.
Medalist honors went to Tate Arends of MOC Floyd Valley and Brock De Boer who both carded rounds of 36. Major Postma of Sibley Ocheyedan was in at 37 with Collin De Graf of MOC Floyd Valley, Matt Van Engen of Sioux Center and Luke Wollenburg of Okoboji all at 39. Sheldon was led by Tyler Merley, Phil Cain and Payton Radke who all shot rounds of 41.
