State Cross Country Meet Results Saturday October 28th

Fort Dodge Iowa — The State Cross Country Meet was run Saturday at the Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge. All classes of Iowa cross country both boys and girls were contested. The Sheldon boys qualified as a team for the Class 2A meet with Anessa Schoo and McKenzie Wagner qualifying as individuals for the girls 2A meet. Among the highlights for the area this year was George Little Rock’s State team title in the boys competition with Gable Sieperda and Joe Anderson finishing one and three in the individual 2A boys competition. Sieperda a senior had the fastest time in any class for the boys winning in 15:18.6.
