Brackets are out for the 1A and 2A State Baseball Tournament in Carroll. In Class 2A Unity Christian drew the #4 seed and will open play Tuesday the 27th at 11:00 am when they play the first game of the tourney against 5 seed Clarinda. Unity takes a 20-7 record to state while Clarinda comes in at 18-11.
Remsen St Mary’s drew the top seed and will face #8 seed Grundy Center at 11:00 am on Monday the 26th to open the 1A tournament. Remsen St Mary’s is 26-3. Grundy Center is 10-8.
