On Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, Village Northwest Unlimited hosted the 18th Annual Run, Walk & Roll event
on its campus.
The event had 471 participants this year. In the one mile walk or roll, there were 299 participants and 172 people participated in the 5K and 10K run. There were also various participants that did the event virtually.
The Run, Walk & Roll is one of the Village’s major fundraising events and is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come out and support individuals with disabilities. The event allows everyone to interact with each other and bring people from the community to VNU. The funds raised from the Run, Walk & Roll provide services and program opportunities to the individuals served at the Village. This year’s proceeds will be used for the remodel project underway at the Summit Building used by the Village’s day program for its residents living in the community.
