Sheldon, Iowa — Another school year has passed and the 6th graders at Sheldon Middle School are ready to present their notable person from history.
Tuesday, April 11th, the 6th graders will be sharing the people they chose at Night of the Notables at 7 p.m. The Sheldon Middle School’s Language Arts Teacher Christie Seivert tells us what Night of the Notables is.
Each student will present a notable person in history who has already passed away. The students will be asking for a quarter each time they give their speech on their person. Seivert explains what the money raised will go to.
This event is open to the public. Seivert added that she hopes everyone considers coming in.
The Night of the Notables will be at the Sheldon Middle School on Tuesday, April 11th, at 7 p.m.
