Sheldon, Iowa — A new business celebrated with a ribbon cutting Friday morning in Sheldon.
Bliss Salon and Spa actually opened in August of last year, just west of People’s Bank in the old Sears building.
At the ribbon cutting, Sheldon Economic Development Director Curt Strouth spoke on behalf of the City of Sheldon.
Speaking on behalf of the Sheldon Economic Development Corporation (SCDC) was president Rick Nordahl.
Skip Tanner spoke on behalf of the Sheldon Ambassadors Club.
Bliss Salon and Spa owner Sara Van Meeteren tells us about their shop.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, they also have some floral arrangements.
Again, Bliss Salon and Spa is located at 2490 Park Street in Sheldon — the former Sears location, just west of People’s Bank on Highway 18.
