Okoboji Summer Theatre will present “Sister Act” July 7th through 12th at the theatre in Okoboji.
Based on the hit 1992 film, the show follows Dolores, a talented lounge singer placed in witness protection at the Queen of Angels Convent, where her unexpected arrival transforms a struggling choir. Featuring music by Alan Menken, the production is directed by Bernard Monroe with musical direction by Tom Andes, and stars Jesse Graham Galas as Mother Superior and Angelina Nazario as Dolores.
Curtain times are Tuesday through Saturday at 8 p.m., with a Saturday matinee at 4:30 p.m. and a Sunday performance at 6 p.m. (No Thursday evening show.)
